Over the past 3 years, Spinnaker has seen a significant growth in interest from the engineering community. Spinnaker is known as the OSS software delivery tool from Netflix & Google. But many engineering leaders can benefit to learn how Spinnaker is used within Netflix, Google and other F500 enterprises to drive service reliability and engineering productivity. To help share success stories Armory now offers a Spinnaker Lunch & Learn geared at enterprises who like good food and also interested in learning about Spinnaker. Armory will visit your team at your office discuss your existing software delivery challenges and provide great food. If you’re interested in helping your teams deploy safer with Spinnaker reach out to us!
We will need 90 minutes but you might want to schedule 2 hours as prospects consistently want to run over due to interest in the topic.
Up to 12 people. This keeps the conversation productive and focused around a few subject areas of software delivery.
While we want to limit the number of total people in the group we’ve found that having a diverse set of perspectives is a good way to have a conversation and gain alignment around specific problem areas for your software delivery pipeline.
Suggested Mix on Roles:
15 minutes using a “Post-It” exercise to identify the existing software delivery pain points. We then categorize and identify problem areas
If you’re interested in learning more about the Lunch & Learns and you think its right for your reach out to us!
