to examine the myriad factors that affect a company’s success in adopting DevOps. This talk was born from some of the key findings of Puppet’s report. In light of Puppet’s finding that “cultural blockers are keeping mid-[DevOps-]evolution firms stuck in the middle,” we wanted to get out a magnifying glass to better understand the cultural differences that make certain companies great and keep the rest from reaching peak DevOps adoption.
